Hey family, we’re back and this time featuring three of our best (and favorite) oxtail recipes!

Then, there’s smoked oxtails for all you pitmasters, and finally, oxtail chili cheese fries (drool).
Let’s eat!
Southern Oxtail Recipe
Our popular Southern oxtail recipe is a tried and true soul food dinner, similar to our smothered chicken thighs.
WHAT WE LOVE
Perfect for Sunday dinner.
Slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone tender meat.
Delicious gravy made with bell pepper and onion.
PAIR WITH…
White rice, cornbread, or collard greens.
Smoked Oxtails
One thing about Marrekus, he’s gonna to throw something on the smoker or grill when the weather’s nice! These smoked oxtails are cooked low and slow, and then braised until they’re fall off the bone tender.
WHAT WE LOVE
Tender meat, smoky flavor.
If you don’t have a smoker or grill, you can get a similar result in the oven.
Not as heavy as our Southern oxtails with gravy.
PAIR WITH…
Baked beans, coleslaw, or macaroni and cheese.
3. Oxtail Chili Cheese Fries
This oxtail chili recipe is a riff on a dish from Bachi Burger, a (now closed) restaurant in Vegas that we used to go to. The flavors are one of a kind!
WHAT WE LOVE
Award-winning chili recipe with homemade oxtail stock and red wine demi-glace.
Easy slow cooker recipe (it takes a long time, but worth the wait!)
Combination of black beans, pinto beans, and dark chocolate.
Fusion of Southern, Latin, and Asian flavors.
PAIR WITH…
French fries, cheese, jalapeños, sunny-side-up egg, green onions, spicy mayo sauce.
